He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2017.

He completed his specialization education in the Department of Periodontology, Faculty of Dentistry, at Black Sea Technical University in 2021.

He has participated in many symposiums professionally at home and abroad. His main focus is on treatments of gum diseases, treatments of gingival recessions, guided tissue regeneration and implant surgeries.

In 2018, he completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Dentistry of the European University, North Macedonia. He completed the equivalency process at Faculty of Dentistry, Ege University in 2019.

Professionally his main focus is on composite fillings, smile design, root canal treatment, porcelain and zirconium veneers, removable dental prostheses, implant-supported dentures, bruxism treatments, laminate veneer applications, and pediatric dentistry.

In 2021, he became the founding partner of private Davutlar Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.

Dentist Tuvan Serin was born in 1974 in Istanbul and currently resides in Kuşadası. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education at Özel Akova Koleji. He entered Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1992 and graduated as a dentist in 1997 after successfully completing his five-year professional education.

After starting his professional career, he worked in various private medical centers, including Özel Zeytinburnu Medical Center, Özel Esenler Medical Center, Özel Savcı Bayraktar Medical Center, and Özel Life Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. Between 1999 and 2000, he fulfilled his military service as a non-commissioned officer at the Söke-Aydın Garrison and spent the last three months serving as the head physician of the sick bay.

After completing his military service, Dr. Serin decided to settle in the Aydın region. Between 2000 and 2024, he established three different clinics and continues to work in these clinics. They are: Dentist Tuvan Serin Clinic (Söke-Aydın), Özel Davutlar Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic (Davutlar-Aydın), and Özel Tuvan Serin Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic (Kuşadası-Aydın).
